Welcome to the Under 7 & Under 8’s team page. This is the part of the new Northwich RUFC club site dedicated to news, views and information about the Under 7 & Under 8’s teams.

Under 8`s End of Season Report

We welcomed a large intake of new recruits this year- no doubt due to all the hard work put in by all the coaches at the local schools - and some of these new players have turned into rising stars! Some of our more experienced players could not make the whole season due to other commitments, which was a shame because they made all the difference when they did play! The season on the whole has been a mixed one. We had victories over Winnington Park and Wilmslow, but failed to repeat that form in the Cheshire Cup. The second half of the season saw a slight drop in form, but I think that was mainly due to the fact that we concentrated on preparing for full-contact rather than Tag rugby!
Finally I would like to thank all the players and parents for making this season lots of fun, with a special thanks to Dave France for all his help.
